This guarantees a wonderful view over the village & mountains. It is a 5-minute walk to the village centre and 10-12 minutes to the ski area. Ski lockers for skis & boots are available for guests at the slopes. The penthouse is on the 2nd floor and has recently been completely renovated. The flat has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathrooms are very modern, both with shower/toilet & washbasin.  The living room is bright and large and equipped with a cosy fireplace. The open, modern kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired. The highlight is the south-facing balcony with a brilliant view of the village & the mountains of Saas-Fee. Additionally the apartment has a private washing machine & dryer plus free wifi. Visitor's tax: Summer: CHF 7.00/day for adults, CHF 3.50/day for children (6 - 16 years). Winter: CHF 4.50/day for adults, CHF 2.25/day for children (6 - 16 years). All our guests receive the SaastalCard. The SaastalCard grants numerous attractive discounts like unlimited use of 8 of the 9 lifts in summer. In addition, the use of buses in the Saas Valley is free all year round. Bed-linen and towels are in the price included.
